HC Realty began its real estate business in 2011 in the city of College Station, TX. Our goal is to eventually become one of Texas' largest real estate and investment companies. The office is located off of University Drive across from the campus of Texas A&M University. Not only do we find properties to invest in ourselves, but we also empower our customers with knowledge that will enable you to build a safe, financially secure future. Our realtors will help you do whatever research you require to determine the best investment for your unique goals. HC Realty is focused on investing properties such as town homes, house cottages, apartments, and residential homes. We will begin in the city of College Station and eventually move on to other cities such as Austin, Dallas, and Houston. Our upcoming project is investing in town homes in the Gateway Villas facility. The town home design is 2 stories with a 3 or 4 bedroom floor plan.
